Withdraw from contract
Have you purchased a product from us? Then you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason, in other words, to cancel it. You can do this within 14 days after receiving the product. In the overview of your orders in your account, you can see whether your purchase is still eligible for the right of withdrawal.
After your request, you will receive further information about the processing of your withdrawal and, if applicable, returning the product. The costs for returning products are always at your own expense.
