Returns

Sometimes you may want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

 

You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home address to our warehouse are for your own account. These costs are approximately 4.95 – 7.95 euros per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of the chosen carrier. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Copara with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@silverette.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of the return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

 

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it. Please note: opened packages of hygiene products cannot be returned by default.
