Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver all our products to your home in good condition. However, it may happen that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that makes you a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
 
If you discover or ought to discover a product defect, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is in any case within two months. Under circumstances a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
 
If you contact us in time we will arrange for a free repair or replacement. Products showing normal wear and tear are excluded from warranty, but you may expect a product to keep working permanently for the purpose for which you purchased it.
 

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@silverette.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via this link.
 
As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
